Review by hotel critic
Harrington Hall, nestled on Harcourt Street, offers an enviable location in the heart of Dublin, perfect for wandering through vibrant neighborhoods. The building itself boasts a beautiful Georgian facade, harmoniously complemented by a fresh modern interior, showcasing a delightful blend of old-world charm and contemporary comfort. Our room, while small, was immaculately clean and equipped with plush furnishings, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of photography excursions. The breakfast experience at the Ivy next door left something to be desired, yet the extensive offerings each morning laid a solid foundation for our daily adventures. Evenings at the Harcourt Bar were certainly a highlight, with its chic design and outdoor garden lounge serving as a lovely backdrop for enjoying signature cocktails. Although Harrington Hall met our needs, it felt somewhat overshadowed by the charming accommodations we'd found throughout Ireland. While I appreciated its charm and superb location, I'd likely seek alternative options on my next visit.
